Yes. The free plan is free permanently — not a trial that expires. You get 1 user, 3 active jobs, 50 candidate profiles, and a basic ATS pipeline. No credit card required. No surprise charges. If you want more capacity or features, you can upgrade at any time.

Your account automatically moves to the free plan — you won't be charged. Your data is preserved. If you've added more than 50 candidates or 3 jobs, you can still view them but not add new ones until you upgrade. There's no forced billing and no credit card required to start the trial.

When you choose annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 — a 20% saving. For Pro, that's ₹960/user/month$12/user/month billed as ₹11,520/user/year$144/user/year upfront. Annual plans also have significantly lower churn and are eligible for priority onboarding.

Yes. On monthly plans, you can add or remove users at any time — billing adjusts at the next cycle. On annual plans, you can add users and pay the pro-rated difference. Removing users on annual plans takes effect at your next renewal date.

On the Pro plan, white-label branding (your custom domain and logo) is available as an add-on for ₹1,500/month$18/month. However, the moment your account reaches 5 users, white-label is unlocked for free — permanently — for as long as you have 5+ users. This is designed to incentivise team growth. Agency plan (10+ users) gets white-label free from day one, no threshold needed.

Yes. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your first paid charge. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of upgrading, contact us at info@staffsync360.com and we'll process a full refund — no questions asked. For annual plans, the 7-day refund window applies from the annual billing date.

India accounts: UPI, net banking, all major debit and credit cards via Razorpay. GST invoices are generated automatically. USA accounts: all major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe. USD invoicing available. Bank transfer available for Agency annual plans on request.

Yes. If you cancel, your account moves to the free plan and your data is preserved for 90 days. During this period you can export all candidate profiles, job history, and submission records as CSV. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our retention policy. We never hold your data hostage.
