A quick guide to setting up your workspace, inviting your team, and configuring your pipelines.

Welcome to StaffSync360! This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get your agency up and running.
1. Configure Your Company Profile
First, set up your company details. This information will be used on your career pages, client portals, and automated emails.
- Navigate to Settings > Company Profile.
- Upload your company logo.
- Set your primary brand color.
- Save your changes.
2. Invite Your Team
StaffSync360 works best when your entire team collaborates.
- Go to Settings > Team & Roles.
- Click Invite User.
- Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Recruiter, Sales).
- They will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
3. Customize Your Hiring Pipeline
Every agency has a unique process. Customize your Kanban stages to match your reality.
- Go to Settings > Pipelines.
- Edit the default stages (e.g., Sourced, Screened, Submitted, Interview, Placed).
- Add automated triggers to specific stages (e.g., Send Client Email when moved to "Submitted").
